In September, Kolektor Etra acquired an ownership stake in the company Primabiro, located in Čakovec, Croatia. The company is specialized in production of transformer tanks and has been operating for more than 25 years. It is known as a quality manufacturer with extensive experience and certificates for the production of transformer tanks, which are one of the main components of transformers. We decided to purchase a stake in this company because we have been cooperating with Primabiro since their beginnings and we know the company very well.
