We are the winners! Kolektor Etra has been honoured as a “Reputable Employer 2024”!
This April, we proudly attended the annual awards ceremony hosted by Slovenia’s leading job portal, MojeDelo.com. We are delighted to have secured 1st place in the Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering category, bringing home this prestigious recognition.
This award reflects the opinions of over 10,000 job seekers who participated in the labour market survey. It’s a powerful testament to the fact that our commitment to fostering a positive work environment resonates even beyond our company. This achievement underscores our belief that a thriving workplace values not only technology but, more importantly, its people, their expertise, professional growth, and a positive atmosphere.
We would like to thank our incredible colleagues! This achievement would not have been possible without their knowledge, dedication, and exceptional teamwork.
We firmly believe that the best workplace is one where everyone feels welcome, heard, respected, and valued. Moving forward, we remain dedicated to ensuring that Kolektor Etra continues to be a place where we feel a strong sense of belonging and achieve collective growth.
