Report Violations

The Whistleblower Protection Act aims to protect the public interest by outlining methods and procedures for reporting violations of regulations that individuals have become aware of in the workplace, along with their handling and the protection of individuals who report or publicly disclose information about such violations. The law also specifies the powers of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption and protective and supportive measures to prevent or eliminate retaliatory measures.

The purpose of the Regulation on the Protection of Persons Reporting Violations is to establish rules for reporting violations and protecting the reporter of such violations. Protecting the reporter and preventing retaliatory measures are essential for effectively combating violations of national legislation and EU law in a company’s operations. Detailed rules are set forth in the Whistleblower Protection Regulation of Kolektor.

A report of a violation is submitted to one of the three trustees: Mrs. Kaja Ratkovica, Mr. Peter Drekalović and Mr. Zoran Sermek in writing via email zaupnik.etra@kolektor.com or writing to the company’s address with the note “to be handed to the internal reporting trustee”.

The trustee, for the purpose of trust, is a trustworthy individual who handles internal reports carefully and confidentially, without disclosing the identity of the reporter.
